As a professional coach and consultant, I offer spiritually grounded guidance to individuals and organizations who are ready to align their work, leadership, and lives with a deeper sense of purpose, calling, and embodied truth.
About
I partner with organizations, companies, and individuals who are committed not only to performance, but to whole-person transformation. My coaching integrates neuroscience, psychodynamics, family systems theory, trauma-informed somatic work, and spiritual grounding to help people shift at the root—not just at the surface. I support clients in understanding the internal drivers shaping their behavior, moving beyond unconscious limitations, and cultivating the clarity, resilience, and emotional wisdom needed for sustainable leadership and meaningful impact. I understand firsthand how hard it is to not only lift a company off the ground but to keep it healthy, mission-driven, and cash-flow positive. Before my coaching career, I founded PRIMP and the Beautocracy, a patented technology platform that empowered consumers through authentic, user-generated content rather than emotionally manipulative advertising. That experience taught me the power of aligning a business with its true purpose rather than fear-based performance metrics. As a coach and organizational partner, I serve as an outsider with clarity. We get stuck when we’re too close to our own challenges—when something is held only millimeters from our eyes, we lose perspective. My work is to help clients gain the distance needed to see clearly, make wise decisions, and reconnect with their deeper “why.” My coaching methodology is shaped by advanced professional training through Emory University’s Brain-Based Coaching and Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program, including: •Neuroscience & Brain-Friendly Coaching: understanding how the brain forms habits, processes threat and safety, and makes meaning so clients can create lasting behavioral shifts. •Family Systems Theory: helping clients uncover how formative patterns shape leadership, relational dynamics, boundaries, and stress responses. •Psychodynamic & Multi-Perspective Coaching: integrating unconscious motivations, internal narratives, and emotional complexity into deeper, more sustainable change. In addition to my executive coaching work, I am trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga, am a 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and serve on the board of Healing Seekers, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing people’s capacity for spiritual attunement, prayer, self-healing, and wholeness. These disciplines inform my understanding of the nervous system, body-mind connection, and the sacred work of inner transformation. I believe the body has a natural bias toward health—and when we align the mind, spirit, and attention, the body follows. I am also an active graduate student at Mercer University, pursuing a dual master’s degree in Theology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This unique intersection allows me to integrate spirituality, psychology, and ethical care into my coaching, consulting, and healing work. I believe in grit with grace. As an entrepreneur, I didn’t simply burn out—my whole life burned down. My collapse taught me that fear-driven productivity is a fragile foundation. When I learned to replace fear with “respect for excellence,” healthy boundaries, and devotion to the greater good, everything transformed. Now, I help others make that same shift: from fear to alignment, from exhaustion to embodied clarity, from burnout to purpose. At the core of my work is this truth: When we change our internal fuel, we change our entire life. My calling is to help individuals and organizations ignite that shift—so they can lead, create, and live with grounded clarity, courage, and intention.

I am walking the path paved by my late mentor and father figure, Chris Cobb. His unwavering love, support, and dedicated mentorship were instrumental in helping me unlock my potential—spiritually and beyond.
When I doubted myself, he believed in me. When I stumbled, he helped me get back up. We all need someone like Chris in our corner, and I strive to give my clients what Chris gave to me.
