Business is all about relationships. Unless we are putting people and relationships before all else, the business will suffer.
The work I do is client-led. I always begin with an assessment of goals and challenges followed by team interviews and one-on-one coaching sessions. I piece together underlying themes, drivers, blind spots and guide leadership in a holistic people strategy.

With some clients, I start with the fundamentals. Clarifying who you are and how you serve is critical to developing your vision, mission, purpose, and values (VMPV). We then assess how your day-to-day operations and decisions align with your VMPV.
GROWTH REQUIRES A WILLINGNESS TO CHANGE AND MOVE FORWARD
As all humans, we tend to disengage from our growth edge because we are all biologically created to seek comfort and avoid stress. This is especially true for people moving from a contributor to a management or leadership role. It's hard to leave behind what we're good at and forge into the temporary zone of incompetence as we grow. This is where humble leadership is the true elixir - for both the leader and the led. Often the best thing a leader can do is listen.

The ego is formidable and will pull every trick in the book to stay in charge and to keep its mistakes in the shadows. This is a vicious cycle we can break if we are willing.

I help business owners set up practical tools and practices to keep them aligned with their values, principles, and purpose as they grow, especially when times get tough.
POWER VS. FORCE
True power is an attractor - an extraordinary expander. Force creates counterforce – it keeps us on the exhausting hamster wheel. I work with clients to do the internal work so that the external work - their website, team dynamics, brand strategy, etc. comes easily. Often people want to make external changes before doing the internal reflection. They think the answers, the solutions, and the strategy lie "out there" - in changing their team, and diversifying revenue streams. marketing their service, building a marketing funnel, etc. But, the truth is that we attract what we are, so we must first and foremost look at the source of our attractor field.
