My coach used to say, "If we knew better, we'd do better." Most of us don't intentionally make mistakes, wreak havoc, or squelch the light and creativity in our employees and colleagues. Instead, we fail to look up from what we are repeatedly doing to ask the right questions, "What's not working here?", "What is working?", "What can I do better?" and "What am I contributing to both the problem and the solution?"

I help my clients interpret how the brain works, how it is programmed, and how the brain and body work together to optimize executive and creative function. I am trained in brainspotting as a modality to remove invisible obstacles and unleash creative and relational potential.

COACHING CREDENTIALS & CERTIFICATIONS
I am a certified coach with an entrepreneurial and corporate background. I have over 500 hours of training in Brainspotting, Neuroscience and Leadership, Ego Free Leadership, Family of Origin and Organizational Dynamics, Meditation, and Yoga & Breath Work. I was the sole founder of a marketing technology company for ten years. I authored two social commerce patents and built the technology platform from scratch. Even though I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, my experience in corporate America helped me develop the valuable organizational principles and dynamics that functionally translate to my nimble, entrepreneurial clients. I am passionate about utilizing cutting-edge research in neuroscience to help my clients enhance decision-making, creativity, positive behavior, and improved interpersonal relationships. I provide one-on-one coaching, team development, assessments, workshops, retreats, business, and brand identity consulting, and change management guidance.
