My business coach used to say, "If we knew better, we'd do better." Most of us don't intentionally make mistakes, wreak havoc, or squelch the light and creativity in our employees and colleagues. Instead, we fail to look up from what we repeatedly do to ask the right questions, "What's not working here?", "What is working?", "What can I do better?" and "What am I contributing to both the problem and the solution?"
In our work, first and foremost, we learn that humility and self-compassion go hand in hand. With a sense of humor, we normalize the human experience and cultivate self-mastery individually while contributing to higher-functioning organizations collectively.

Compassionate Service
The greatest gift I can offer is compassion. Compassion goes beyond empathy. While empathy is about feeling with someone, sharing in their emotions, compassion involves not only understanding another's suffering but also wanting to actively support their well-being and uplift them. When we approach challenges with self-agency—the ability to take ownership of our thoughts, emotions, actions, and the outcomes we create—we elevate the entire playing field. Self-agency empowers us to take responsibility for our internal strength and positively influence others. On the other hand, when we relinquish our power by blaming others or using force to reclaim what we’ve given away, we undermine the potential of our organizations. Power drives meaningful change, whereas force generates resistance and keeps us stuck. In order to successfully navigate turbulent times and life's ongoing uncertainties, we must learn to distinguish between what is within our control and what is not. This discernment is essential and, like any skill, can be learned and refined over time.

One of my priorities is to help businesses, teams, and individuals understand themselves and their brains through neuroscience, cultural conditioning awareness, motives and core values, and personal inventory. I help my clients interpret how the brain works, how it is programmed, and how the brain and body work together to optimize executive and creative function. I am trained in brainspotting as a modality to remove invisible obstacles and unleash creative and relational potential.
