Individual Coaching Sessions

In our one-on-one sessions, we'll  we will introduce a new approach to goal-setting and visioning—one rooted in Personal Mastery. This integration is essential because, often, as soon as we set a new goal, our limiting beliefs, fears, and inner resistance rise to the surface. The inner dialogue kicks in, doing its best to keep us “safe” by keeping things the same.

Together, we’ll clarify what you're taking ownership of, what you're ready to start letting go of (often in layers), and what you're committed to building as you move forward. We’ll name the fears, normalize the resistance, and use the strength of the group as a support structure—like reinforcement beams—for our new beliefs and rewired thought patterns.

  • What is Coaching?
Coaching is future-oriented, focusing on setting and achieving specific personal or professional goals. It emphasizes creating actionable plans for the future. The aim is to unlock potential and maximize personal or professional success. Coaches help clients gain clarity, navigate obstacles, and enhance their effectiveness in specific areas like career, contribution, leadership, professional transitions, or personal development.
  • What are the approaches and techniques used in coaching?
Coaching is action-oriented and solution-focused. The coach asks powerful questions, encourages self-reflection, and helps the client develop strategies and action plans to achieve their goals. Accountability is a significant component. Coaching sessions often revolve around setting measurable goals, tracking progress, and fostering personal responsibility.
  • What type of credentials should you look for in a professional coach?
Coaches who are certified have licensure with formal organizations that require the coach to earn credentials through training, testing, continued education, and mentoring. Certified coaches are required to adhere to established ethical standards and practices. Coaches who are certified have different levels of certification usually marking experience by practice hours. Caroline is certified with ICF. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and generally refer clients to therapists when clinical issues arise.
  • What can I expect from the one-on-one sessions?
Integrating the one-on-one coaching between the group meetings is necessary to access challenges, blind spots, and revelations that surface from the 360. The debrief, reflection, and ensuing tailored coaching plan that results from the 360 Assessment will be the focus of the 4-8 individual sessions. You can customize the number of sessions you desire. Usually, 8 is the baseline, but you decide how many sessions suit your needs. Check out Coaching FAQs on the website. Click here!
  • How many sessions of one-on-one coaching do I need to book?
Coaching tends to be shorter-term and goal-specific, often lasting from a few months to a year, depending on the client’s goals. The process is about moving forward and achieving concrete outcomes.
  • What is the program investment?
We have designed three different options based on various needs and program desires. Please explore the options here.
