360 Assessment

Unlike typical 360 assessments you may have given or received in professional settings, this comprehensive process is designed to uncover what often remains hidden—the skills you may have overlooked, the talents tucked away, or the desires you might have set aside along your professional journey.

 

You possess natural strengths and abilities that may feel ‘normal’ to you but are, in fact, powerful leverage points for growth. Leaning into what you’re naturally good at—and strategically delegating areas that drain you—brings clarity, encouragement, and confidence. It’s a path toward illuminating a new vision of a more aligned and authentic version of yourself.

How the 360 Works

The 360 assessment is a guided process of self-discovery and external feedback that gives you a holistic view of your leadership presence and how you show up in the world—professionally, relationally, and emotionally.

​You’ll receive insight from the people who know your work, your values, your strengths, what lights you up and what your natural skills are. The people you select to participate—your colleagues, peers, mentors, friends, family, and even direct reports. These individuals will answer a curated set of questions designed to reflect on:

  • Your strengths (what people consistently rely on you for)

  • What can be refined, accepted or delegated

  • Your impact (how your leadership and energy are experienced by others)

  • Your blind spots (patterns you may not see but others gently observe)

  • Your hidden strengths

  • What you're a natural at

  • Your comfort zone and your growth edge

 

This is not a performance review or a corporate audit—it’s a compassionate, validating and encouraging mirror. You choose the people you invite, up to 20, expecting a 75% response rate. Their responses are anonymous and synthesized into a report that only you (and your coach CVS) will see.

 

Together, we’ll use your 360 insights as the foundation for your personal goals and coaching path. It will help you:

Behavioral Change
Takes Time:

Sustainable transformation—especially in areas like leadership, mindset, and self-awareness—requires repetition, reflection, shared witnessing and application over time. Spacing sessions out  allows participants you to absorb and process insights, apply tools learned and observe changes in real-time. ​

Integration over Information: 

Most intensives are squished into a four day retreat. This one offers weekly pacing, which helps avoid cognitive overload and supports deeper embodiment of the learning. Plus, working within a group provides an exponential acceleration for growth, awareness, and the invisible fuel necessary to burn a little brighter.

Shared Learning, Relational Accountability and Community Healing

Women in leadership often face common challenges (imposter syndrome, isolation, invisible labor). Group dialogue surfaces patterns, normalizes struggles, and amplifies insight. Sharing together creates accountability and a sense of belonging - the group creates a container for both skill and soul.
